Assalaamu alaikum
Jazakallah khair for the comment on my page. Nice to talk to another 'incompetent' ! My trouble is that I take off my gloves when I am away from home - to feel some material in a shop, the look at a book or something, and then walk out of the shop gloveless. Duh ! Or I leave them at friend's houses or at the masjid or..... Well anywhere. I have tried buying them on line getting the "One Size Fits All" type. But I have small hands and they seem made for ladies with larger hands than mine. Do you know anywehere on line where they size gloves and then sell them cheaply? Anyway thanks for the advice. Insha'Allah I really am going to make a BIG effort not to leave my gloves scattered around the arab world in future. Walaikum salaam from your sister in Islam, Aliyah.

Love your page but I really wanted to say I read your comments about gloves and socks on another sister's page. You're right and I agree 100%. But how to you manage NOT to loose gloves???? I am always losing mine and it costs me a small fortune which I don't have...................... Duh ! Walaikum salaam from your sister in Islam, Aliyah

I Know What Its Like To Be Made To Feel Like You Are Less Because Of Your Color! Ever Since I Hit School Age I Have Been Told My White Skin And Blue Eyes Make Me A Devil And That All Injustices Current And Historic Are My Fault And That I Must Spend My Life Making Amends

Salaam Sister - That's cool you also came across the lecture - but now I feel bad! :-) Wow, thanks for sharing that point about those who don't find someone on Earth. Ma'salaam.

Assalamou alaikum wr wb. Pray this msg reaches you while you are enjoying the best of health & imaan. I want to share with you this hadith of Abu Huraira (ra) as reported by Muslim, in which the Messenger of Allah (saw) said: “By the One in whose hands is my soul! None of you can enter Jannah until you believe and none of you can believe until you love each other for Allah’s sake. Shall I not direct you to something, which if you do it, will bring love between you? Do spread the salutations among you”. Saying salaam to a Muslim/Muslimah is like loving him/her for the sake of Allah. It also shows that you love this particular servant of Allah due to his/her imaan and obedience to Allah. Take care. Ma’assalama.

Mmm_donuts- have a point... if that are haraam then the Internet is haraam too... You cannot make something haraam... because you don'ty agree with it...
Drawing and Painting anything with a soul is haraam....simple as that...
