Hello my name is Shahrusad but my friends call me Iman. I live in Toronto, Canada, attend highschool, and am a practicing muslim. I can be very social and open, but on the other hand I can be a very shy and quiet person. Alhamdulilah i love being a muslim and practicing Islam, and the teachings of our beloved Prophet Muhammad (pbuh). My life long dreams would be to attend the sacred pilgrimage, Hajj; and to see what it is like there!(Inshallah i plan on taking both my parents!); and also to sponsor orphan children around the world, sometimes i feel so guilty when i complain about unnecesary things that i think about all the unfortunate children out there. Well, i don't know what else to say, you think you know so much about yourself but when begin to type everything just vanishes, LOL
All in all, I am just your typical muslimah struggling and striving through life!!!
Lets get back to Islam, before the sun goes down,
We never know when we'll be under the mound.
"I'll pray when I get older," That's what they say,
But we might not have even one more day!
Lets get back to Islam, before its too late,
"Aw man, can't I just delay it for another date?"
Times running out, our lives are almost done,
"But brother, I'm too busy having fun."
Lets get back to Islam, Jahannam aint funny,
"Come on man, I'm to busy making money!"
The Quran sits on our shelves and there it picks up dust,
The longer we stay away from it, the more our hearts pick up rust.
Lets get back to Islam, before our lives our gone,
"Not right now, I'm too busy, can't you see I have the TV on!"
There's no time to waste, lets start it now,
come on, for Allah can't you even bow?
Lets get back to Islam, this aint just a song,
"But brother, a few minutes in prayer, that's too long!"
"I'll go on hajj when I'm around fifty-five,"
Come on man, by then will you even be alive?
Lets get back to Islam, lets not waist another day,
"Aw Masood, leave me alone, I just wanna play."
Lets turn back to Allah before we turn to dust,
There's no delaying, bro this is a must!
Lets get back to Islam, for reals, not just with our lips,
Oh Allah make us sincere, so we don't feel Jahannam's whips.
"I think I'll get pious when my hair turns gray."
Come on man, don't wait, we may die any day.

Today I want to share with you this hadith of Abu Huraira (ra) as reported by Muslim, in which the Messenger of Allah (saw) said: “By the One in whose hands is my soul! None of you can enter Jannah until you believe and none of you can believe until you love each other for Allah’s sake. Shall I not direct you to something, which if you do it, will bring love between you? Do spread the salutations among you”. Saying salaam to a Muslim/Muslimah is like loving him/her for the sake of Allah. It also shows that you love this particular servant of Allah due to his/her imaan and obedience to Allah. So sister, each time when you see that I have visited your MuslimSpace page, then do consider that its my way to say salaam to you over and over again, even though I’ll not be writing it down in your guestbook. U know paradise has got 8 doors…from which door do u like to enter? if u like to enter paradise from any of those 8 doors it is easy to do that in sha Allah, just read n say this Theikr after u make ablution -wudu- any time,.. all 8 doors of paradise well open 4 u and u can enter from any 1 u like…in sha Allah.. as a prophet Muhammad –pbuh- said:
{ اشهد ان لا اله الا الله وحده لا شریك له ، و اشهد ان من محمداعبده و رسوله ، اللهم اجعلني من التوابین و اجعلني من المتطهرین سبحا نك اللهم وبحمدك اشهد ان لا اله الا انت استغفرك و اتوب الیك } رواه مسلم
