Al salam alaykum wa rahmatullah wa barakatoh. Alhamdulillah, Alhamdulillah many times. I bear witness to La ilaha illallah, Muhammad-ur-Rasul-Allah. There is NO right path but, the path of the Rasul-Allah and his Sahaba and those after them and those after them and the Righteous Salaf.
Because of the infinite Good and Mercy of Al-Rahman Al-Rahim. I took Shahada on September 19,2003( 22 Rajab 1424 A.H.). Alhamdulillah. Islam has changed me into a Man that can look at himself and feel better about his actions. Honestly, this Deen has saved my life. From day one, I attended lectures on Tawhid. What a wonderful foundation! And, was told (directly or indirectly) to hold fast to the narrations. How important are they for us in these troubled times! So, with this type of beginning. The shaytan, the enemy that he is, has spoken whisper after whisper. Some, ignorantly I listened to gladly(SUBHANALLAH). Others, were heard and ignored(ALHAMDULILLAH).Yet, each time he whispers, it's with a little bit more charm. Yes, the Jihad is on. And, the Jihad against the soul is the foundation for the Jihad against the disbelivers and hypocrites(saying of ibn Taymiyyah). I'm still laying the foundation. Inshallah....

Knowledge is an obligation on every Muslim. I'm seeking to go abroad and study deen. Favorite subjects: Tajweed, Tawhid, Aqeeda, Arabic Grammar, Tafsir, Usul al-Hadith, Hanbali Fiqh, Usul al-Fiqh. Inshallah... Make duaa for me.

To my beautiful sisters in Islam. I apologize but, I don't accept or ask to be added to your friends list. Please understand that it is not a personal issue. It is about proper adab. I don't mind you signing my guest book. And, inshallah I will visit your page and do the same. Jazakallah Khair.

My Loves are:Allah(swt), Rasul-Allah(saw), Islam, Ilm(Benefical) & Tazkiyah(purification of the Soul) without one of them there can't be the other, Brotherhood, Family and Marriage(Ya akhi, Ya akhi, YA AKHI! There is nothing like being married to a muslim wife. There is nothing like being married to a muslim wife. THERE IS NOTHING LIKE BEING MARRIED TO A MUSLIM WIFE! Alhamdulillah, Alhamdulillah, ALHAMDULILLAH many times!!!!)

The Mushaf, The Narrations of Rasul-Allah, The Narrations of the Sahaba. Reflection on thoughts that come to mind. For some reason I like to study deen more than I like to go to work. But, I have found that not to be to profitable(at least when it comes to paying bills in this dunya). Go figure. The Four Famous Imams, The Six Muhaddith of Al-Kutub Al-Sitta. The Righteous Scholars: al-Qadhi Abu Ya'la (d. 458), Ibn Qudama al-Maqdisi(d. 620), an-Nawawi(d.676), Taqi al-Din Ibn Taymiyyah(d. 728), Ibn Qayyim al-Jawziya(d. 751), Abu 'Abdullah Shams al-Din al-Dhahabi(d. 748), Ibn Kathir(d. 774), Ibn Rajab al-Hanbali (d. 795), Ibn Hajar Al-Asqalani(d. 852), Jalal al-Din Suyuti (d. 911), al-Bayhaqi (d. 1066), Muhammad b. ‘Abd al-Wahhab (d. 1206) , Abd al-Rahman b. Nasir al-Sa’di (d. 1376), Muhammad b. Salih al-Uthaymeen (d. 1421), Bakr b. ‘Abd Allah Abu Zaid , to name a few. Driving, Scented Oils, Computers, Reading & Writing, Praying(even though at times I don't act like it), Playstation(I still have some dunya in me), and Sports(Football & Basketball). LAST BUT NOT LEAST: MUSLIM UNITY!!!!

BOOKS:

The Mushaf, Tafsir ibn Kathir, Al-Kutub Al-Sitta, Bulugh Al-Maram, Hanbali & Shafi'i Fiqh, Usul al Sunnah(by Imam Ahmad), Aqeeda Al-Tahawiah, Al-Aqeeda Al-Wasitiyah, Al-Furqan bayna Awliya Ar-Rahman wa awliya ash-shaytan, Kitaab At-Tawheed, Khuluq Al-Muslim....

Most of the time this dunya. The shaytan & his awliya. Missing Salat. Non-Muslim rulers telling Muslim rulers how to run their country. Muslim nations not being ruled by the Shariah. Occupation of Muslim countries. Hypocrisy(for myself first & everyone second). Un-Islamic manners & bad character(me first, everyone else second). Ignorance. Conceit & Arrogance. Lying(me first & everyone else second)........

As salamu'alaikum wa rahmatullah wa barakatuh,A short reminder for verily reminding benefits the believers.Thinking Ahead for Prayer Abû Al-Dardâ’ – Allah be pleased with him – said: It is from a person’s knowledge and understanding that he sees to his needs first in order to turn to his prayer with a heart free of distractions. Ibn Al-Mubârak in Al-Zuhd wa Al-Raqâ’iq Vol.2 p726
AbuAbdulQayyum (15 Jun 2008, 5:36 pm):

A short reminder. for verily reminding benifits the believers.
Take the Quran

Abu Al-'Âliyah reports that a man once asked 'Ubay b. Ka'b – Allah be pleased with him – for advice. He said:

Take the Book of Allah as your leader (imâm) and be pleased with it as a judge and ruler. It is what your Messenger left amongst you. It will be an intercessor for you. It is to be obeyed. It is a witness never doubted. In it is a mention of you and those before you, and judgment for whatever happens amongst you. And in it is news about you and whatever will come after you.

Al-Dhahabî in Siyar A'lâm Al-Nubalâ', in the biography of 'Ubay b. Ka'b

AbuAbdulQayyum (12 Jun 2008, 3:13 pm):

Salaams just a little somethin to help us out.

Son, have you put it into practice?

'Atâ' narrates that there used to be a young man who used to go to Mother of the Believers 'Â'ishah to ask her questions and she would narrate to him. One day, he came to her to ask her some questions. She said, "Son, have you put into practice what you hear from me yet?" He replied, "No mother, I have not." So she said, "Son, why do you them seek to increase Allah's proof against us and you?!"

Al-Khatîb Al-Baghdâdî in Iqtidâ' Al-'Ilm Al-'Amal no. 92

HusainAbdullah (06 May 2008, 6:27 pm):
As Salaamu alakium Wa Rahamtullah Wa Barakatuh Bro..Just stopp by to wish, Peace, Mercy and Blessings of AllahSWT on you Insha Allah.Narrated Abu Huraira: The Prophet said, "A man saw a dog eating mud from (the severity of) thirst. So, that man took a shoe (and filled it) with water and kept on pouring the water for the dog till it quenched its thirst. So Allah approved of his deed and made him to enter paradise." And narrated Hamza bin 'Abdullah: My father said. "During the lifetime of Allah's Apostle, the dogs used to urinate, and pass through the mosques (come and go), nevertheless they never used to sprinkle water on it (urine of the dog.)" (Book #4, Hadith #174)
Muhammad_Zakariyya (22 Apr 2008, 4:13 am):
I start with the name of Allah and I ask Allah to raise the rank of
the Prophet, sallallahu ^alayhi wa sallam.

Allah tabaraka wa ta^ala said: Whoever opposes the messenger after
the guidance has been clearly shown to him, and follows other than
the way of the believers, We shall keep him in the path he has
chosen, and burn him in hell, and what an evil destination. [Al-
Qur'an 4:115]

Insha'allah we as muslims should take a minute and ponder on this
verse from Allah, Subhanahu wa ta'ala. Is there any other way to get
into Jannah other than the way of Muhammad, sallallahu ^alayhi wa
sallam? Why do we as people continue to follow man made religions
based on customs and based on our desires, when Allah already told
us what was the clear and straight way.

The Messenger of Allah, sallallahu ^alayhi wa sallam said: O
mankind, I am leaving two things with you, if you cling to them you
will never go astray. The Book of Allaah and my way of life.(Sunnah)
[Al-Hãkim and Al-Baihaqi].

The messenger of Allaah, sallallahu ^alayhi wa sallam left this way
very clear for us as he said: I am leaving you on a clear way, its
night is like its day and none turns away from it except that he
would be destroyed.

He told us that the way he left is very clear and then in the
following Ah-Hadeeth he explained for us what it is. He said: The
Jews were divided into seventy one groups and the Christians were
divided into seventy-two and my ummah will be divided into seventy
three and each of them will be in the fire except one. The
companions asked: "Who are they, O messenger of Allaah?" He,
sallallahu ^alayhi wa sallam said: They are those who are on the
like of what I and my companions are on. And in another Hadeeth, he
said: The best people is my generation then those that follow them,
then those who follow them.
Aboujawaad (14 Apr 2008, 9:45 am):
Assalamou alaikum wr wb. I pray this msg reaches you while you are enjoying the best of health & imaan. Thank you for accepting my friend request. Today I want to share with you this hadith of Abu Huraira (ra) as reported by Muslim, in which the Messenger of Allah (saw) said: “By the One in whose hands is my soul! None of you can enter Jannah until you believe and none of you can believe until you love each other for Allah’s sake. Shall I not direct you to something, which if you do it, will bring love between you? Do spread the salutations among you”. Saying salaam to a Muslim/Muslimah is like loving him/her for the sake of Allah. It also shows that you love this particular servant of Allah due to his/her imaan and obedience to Allah. So brother, each time when you see that I have visited your MuslimSpace page, then do consider that its my way to say salaam to you over and over again, even though I did not write it down in your guestbook. Take care. Ma’assalama.
