As salaamu Alaikum wa Rahmatullah wa Barakatuh
"Actions are (judged) by motives (niyyah), so each man will have what he intended. Thus, he whose migration (hijrah) was to Allah and His Messenger, his migration is to Allah and His Messenger; but he whose migration was for some worldly thing he might gain, or for a wife he might marry, his migration is to that for which he migrated."
[Al-Bukhari & Muslim]
Praise be to the Lord of the universe who gives the best reward to the God-fearing and the great loss to the transgressor. I bear witness that there is no God but Allah; He has no partner and possesses real sovereignty. I bear witness that Muhammad is His servant and messenger; the last of the prophets and the leader of the righteous. May Allah bless him, his family, his Companions, and those who follow them till the Day of Judgment..Amin

Those who believe embrace Islam. Me, personally within the time that it has become evident to practice Islamic duties I've been more aware of who I am as a free-thinking human being. I would alwayz seek knowledge of self but not until I realized my purpose in life was to worship the cherisher and sustainer of all things and be obedient to Him, was the truth manifest. There are many different philosophies and ideologies about life but it was easy to recognize for me that Islam is a complete way of life leading to the best eternal fate. Allah makes muslims and guides His pious servants along the right path. If there is anything anyone would like to share with me in regards to deeni knowledge or other common interest, holla at me. inshaAllah it will be written as a good deed. I have much to learn and am more than willing to connect with others on the basis of Islamic practice..fisabilAllah(Subhanna wa Ta'ala).

" Ye have indeed in the Messenger of Allah a beautiful pattern (of conduct) for any one whose hope is in Allah and the Final Day, and who engages much in the Praise of Allah. " Quran 33:21
"No mirror ever became iron again; No bread ever became wheat; No ripened grape ever became sour fruit. Mature yourself and be secure from a change for the worse. Become the light" Mevlana Rumi
"Abu Jahl and his followers were among those who did not accept Allah's message, and it was because of them that the battles of Badr and Uhud were fought and many people were killed. But those battles were not fought to conquer other nations. They were fought to conquer the qualities of satan which refused to accept Allah. They were battles between the truth of Allah and falsehood. They were fought so that people could pray, worship, and accept His judgment, and so that justice would prevail." M. R. Bawa Muhaiyaddeen
No one is compelled to accept the truth, but it is certainly a shame upon the human intellect when a man is not even interested in finding out what the truth is!
Islam teaches that our Creator has given human beings the faculty of reason. Therefore, it is expected for them to reason things out objectively and systematically for themselves to analyse, to question and to reflect.
Nobody should press you to make a quick decision to accept any of the teachings of Islam, for Islam teaches that human beings should be given the freedom to choose. Even when a person is faced with the truth, there is no compulsion upon him to embrace it.
2:256 Laa ikraha fid-din..
-There is no compulsion in religion
